Greg was very responsive, always answered and returned my phone calls or texts within a day. All the work performed was done very well. The price was also very reasonable compared to other estimates I had received. The work was done within my expected schedule, even with the holidays in the middle of renovations. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

After custom building multiple homes and owning several rental properties, I have dealt with hundreds of contractors. Some were honest and competent, while others were completely unreliable. It seemed that if a guy couldn't figure out what he wanted to do or couldn't secure a job because he couldn't pass a background check and knew which end of a hammer to use, he simply drove to the local printer and ordered a $20 box of business cards and self declared himself a "Contractor". I am a trustee over an estate that owns a home in Jefferson County. The house needed to be painted, complete multiple repairs (including a structural issue), and updated in preparation for sale. I live in Cincinnati and had limited experience with any of the local contractors. With only a couple of exceptions, the ones that I had worked with, I would never bring back. I am very pleased to say that I have never had a better experience with a Contracting group than I did with Greg Levron's LIBERTY GENERAL CONSTRUCTION! Any issue concerning the structural integrity of a home is terrifying to owners because it always carries with it a heart stopping price tag to repair. His team is comprised of hardworking and intelligent professionals offering a variety of skill sets. They were able to address everything from painting to diagnosing the geniuses of a couple of structural problems and making the necessary repairs. Based on Angie's List customer reviews, I contacted 3 prospective contractors and collected bids. Greg's bid was substantially lower, I was impressed by his professionalism. A contract was signed and multiple crews were dispatched in organized fashion to address their assigned tasks. They arrived on time, worked hard, and did the job right. At twice the price, I would use LIBERTY GENERAL CONSTRUCTION without hesitation again. I assure you that the job will be done right and Greg will stand behind his commitment to quality. As he is in high demand, you will have to schedule ahead, but it is most definitely worth the wait. Hats off to you Greg for maintaining an ethical compass that points due north, and for providing me with a knowledgeable, consumer oriented, and quality driven team! Well done and THANK YOU!

The project went great. Greg set up a day to come discuss our plans very soon after I contacted him. He visited us one evening and spent about an hour going over what we wanted to do. He made his notes and said he would go complete his quote and would get back to us. Within a few days he called and went over the quote and we decided to move forward with Greg and have them do the project. Soon after materials started arriving at our house and work began. The project was quite extensive as we had to have the roof over our screened porch extended to cover our uncovered open deck. Greg was very aware of the urgency to get the roof built since the back half of our house had to be re-shingled, and he wanted to get it done before any rain came. The roof got done and work began to enclose our sunroom and build the screened porch. Materials continue to be delivered as they were needed and the project continued until completion. Greg was always available to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions that only enhanced our project. He and all his crew were always professional and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future. Job well done, our sunroom and screened porch turned out great!

Greg Levron at Liberty General is excellent. He has a vast knowledge base. He spent much time developing plans for the remodel and costing out. He has contacts with subcontractors that were timely and professional. He spent time on our roof with the insurance adjustor assisting in their assessment after a storm. Ironically, he suggested we might be putting too much into the current house and we ended up doing only the roof. It is rare you will have a contractor suggest you NOT remodel. He is honest and friendly. He is good and BUSY, but worth the patience and wait.

Liberty General Construction was used for an insurance claim. The ceiling had been damaged when a water pipe became loose. One crew cut out the area, and patched it with new wall board. Another crew re-textured the ceiling. A third party painted. The work moved quickly. Greg stayed in constant touch with us. I'm very satisfied. I would use them again for household repairs and contracting needs.

He got back to me quickly and he seemed like a down to earth person.

We gave him instructions as to what we needed and we never had to direct him or repeat any instructions. He was on top of it with out fault. His estimate was for 3 days and it took him only 2 days. With time left over( & daylight), we even ask for him to move several scoops of rock to another location on the property...Done! Wewill use him in the future and not worry about the job getting done or being a fair price!

everything went well, the cost was around what i thought it would be. Greg had some ideas that were better than what we were thinking about. Overall he was courteous and straight forward with us. i will be using him for our renovation but thing are slow going on my end getting things ready.

Showed up on time. Had a great crew. There were a few minor hiccups but they got right on it and made things right. Tough d*** job. I am glad I didn't have to do it!

Greg, is a great guy and went above expectations on what I want thin today and gave me his professional opinion, about the home We did not end up buying the home . I think we may build and I will you Greg to build the home.

He was very prompt and arrived and came up with a plan right away. He went shopping for the materials and gave us a estimate right away and he made many phone calls to us while he waited for materials to come in. He promised to start it as soon as he had materials and him and his crew did. The crew were very nice and they did a great job. We are enjoying the room right now.

Greg was very good about responding to my messages. Greg was on time for our meeting and was very professional. I wanted some unusual work done to make my new home very cat friendly. Greg had some good ideas about how to get things done. I truly appreciated being treated with respect even with my unconventional requests. His team was ready and willing to do the work immediately, however, I wasn't given a detail contract so I didn't feel comfortable hiring Greg.

Overall it went very well. There were "to-be-expected" and acceptable setbacks but nothing that seemed unreasonable. The tear-out of the old fireplace required jack-hammering three poured concrete foundation walls which created lots of dust and debris and added to costs. However, the crew did a reasonable job trying to contain the dust and Greg advised me on costs and options as we went along. In the end, Greg charged a fair price for work that was not in the original plan. The project went in spurts with lots of work for a day or two and then nothing for a day or two while crews addressed jobs at other sites. However, Greg advised me at the beginning that he was starting my project while finishing up some others as mine was indoors and could be done when bad weather stopped outdoor work. Greg communicated each day about what they could do and when they would be there and in the end the small delays were no big deal. The final product was even better than we imagined! Well worth the hassles of remodeling and I dare say it probably increased the value of out home beyond the sticker price of the project. It looks like a $25K project to me but only cost us around $13K. I will undoubtedly call on Greg Levron again for future projects. Good guy, fair price and outstanding workmanship.

I had tried without success for over two months to get the original roof installer or any roofer to come fix our leaking roof. Greg Levron was the only person who actually came when he said he would come and followed up with an estimate and willingness to do the job. The project started as a simple roof repair but as they tore into the situation they found substantial water damage to the roof sheathing and underlying structures. They had to "patch things up" that day and then returned the next day with a larger crew and more materials to complete the project. I was kept informed of the changes and they regularly advised me about options for repair. They provided pictures of the damage and explained what they would need to do. So in the end the repairs were more extensive and expensive than expected, but I feel very confident it has been done correctly. Honestly, as bad as things looked in the pics, I am surprised the project didn't cost even more. Greg worked with me to find reasonably priced materials and get the project done well but with costs in check. A problem that has apparently existed for a number of years (I am new to the home) has finally been repaired properly.

Overall work was excellent and timely. My husband and I were delighted in the demeanor of Greg Levron and his employees throughout the whole process. The finished job was outstanding in every way. We have used Liberty General Construction for other remodeling and home repair projects with the same outstanding results. I would recommend this company to anyone building a home or needing repair or remodeling. A+++

The supplies were ordered three days after we signed the papers (legal waiting time} Supplies arrived within a week. Workers arrived on Tuesday the 3rd. (one of the coldest days yet with snow on the ground. Had new roof and and skylights completed by dark. Workers were polite and courteous, and made an extra effort to clean up after they were done

Our home in East Tennessee suffered hail damage. Insurance covered the repairs but only because the GC actually deals with the insurance company to get you the amount you realistically need and not what the insurance company appraises. Liberty General is a home building company but the owner, Greg Levron, jumped in to take on home repairs after the May 2011 storm. Every single one of his sub-contractors showed up on time, completed the job and picked up after themselves. Greg was totally hands on even though he was working on a few houses at once. Very, very happy with him and his work ethics. I've heard nothing but nightmares about general contractors and was skeptical about dealing with one for the first time in my life, especially someone I didn't know. Would highly recommend Liberty General.
