+ -1 moreOne of our tenants was having electrical problems. English got right to the house within two days and had the problem solved pronto. He was very professional and efficient. We have used them on several occasions for different jobs on our own home, commercial property, and rental property.
Description of Work: English fixed an electrical problem in one of our rental houses.

+ 0 moreThe fan runs smoothly and quietly now and thermostat is working correctly
Description of Work: Fan in my heat/air unit was making a terrible noise and thermostat was not working correctly. He repaired fan cleaned it and repaired thermostat. He determined no replacments were needed only service. He also checked my gas connections. Mr. English could not come on Fri when I called so he came Sat morning and did not charge for 'after hours' service charge.

Description of Work: unit would'nt come on.He came on after hours call found vaccume line plugged, he cleaned itout and showed me how to do it if it happens again.I've cleaned it out myself twice and it has saved me alot of money.

+ -1 moreThey communicated very well, if something was wrong or right, they would call us and let us know what was going on, they kept us informed. I would recommend them to others. Their estimate was very close to the final price. Their pricing was about average for this area. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used English Central Heating & Cool for several different jobs at our rental property in January. We paid a total of around $2000.

+ 0 moreUnit was not cooling. They were very prompt, professional, found the problem and solved it quickly with minimum charge. They had to clean and replace filter. Also cleaned some ductwork. Washed exterior part of unit.
