Description of Work: I called to schedule a basic air conditioner tune up. The women said she would pass this on to the Tech who would call to schedule the appointment. After not hearing from anybody for about two weeks I called back and spoke to the same telephone girl. She did not even apologize but said she would again turn it over to the Tech and he would call to schedule an appointment. Since this did not work the first time I said no, lets just schedule the appointment and if there was a problem someone would call me. We scheduled the appointment for the confirmed date, I did not hear from anyone and waited that day for someone to arrive. Guess what, nobody arrived, nobody called to change the appointment. After these two poor experiances I called the lady again and asked to be connected with the owner to let him know my discontent. She said he was not in. I left my number for him to call. Needlessly he never did. This company obviously has two much business to care about customer service. I will never contact them again.

 + -1 moreHORRIBLE! The first time they came, the repair guy "fixed" the wiring and also added a part that wasn't allowing the emergency heat to turn off. (That is why the wires melted) Approx 3 days later we were out of town for the day and came home to a horrible burnt smell in the house. We found that the "repaired" heat pump had caught fire and we were VERY lucky it did not burn down our house! It was cold so we called the 24h emergency number THREE times and left messages. NO one called us back that night, instead we had to call again in the am. They sent out 3 guys this time. The original guy freaked out and said he was SO every sorry and it was a miracle our house didn't burn down. They looked at the unit and said the damage done by the fire destroyed the heat pump and it would have to be replaced. We asked them to price this for us and they agreed and said they would contact us the next day. About a week later I called the FIRST time. After will over a DOZEN calls and messages left we still had no response. Our home owners told us that THEY are responsible and that their insurance would cover the new unit. During this time we moved down to FL for my medical treatments. We continued to call. FINALLY one day at 7am my husband was able to get hold of the owner. The owner said he would see what happened and get back with us by the next day. That was 3 weeks ago! Another dozen calls and messages have been left with no response. OH and we got a BILL! We will be forced to take the company to court to get our unit installed. It has been MONTHS now since they first came to our home. Stay away from these people! Their technicians are VERY poorly trained and the owners do NOT stand behind their work.
Description of Work: Came to repair a heat pump that had overheated and melted some wires.

Description of Work: Our HVAC quit. A thorough examination was made and it was determined that the outside air unit had lost power. I forget what they did to remedy the situation, but it now works fine. I also have Lakeway Mechanical on a regular maintenance schedule. Great folks.
