I was never called back as promiced.

The workers were on time and worked all day until the job was completed. Will call them again if we need this type of service in the future.

Called and set up a Free estimate, price was reasonable and they did a nice job with the install. I'm happy with the decision to use them.

I first contacted Sharp Fence Company on Monday, November 14, 2011. I told the lady that took my call that I needed some repair work done on a split rail fence (posts and railing replacement). She told me that she would have someone call me to set up an appointment for an on site evaluation and quote. I assumed I wold receive the call later that same day. When I had not heard from them by Friday November, 18, I called them back. The lady once again told me that she would have someone call me back. About a week later, after not hearing from them, I called them a third time. The lady told me that she wold have someone call me back. This time I did receive a call from a man who told me that he would come to my home the next day to look at my fence. This was around November 25. As I write this report on December 15, 2011 (1 month after my first contact) I have not seen nor heard anything from them. To their credit, they did an excellent job on my next door neighbor's fence (chain link) and I was told that they did the work at a reasonable price. This is why I called them in the first place. Their lack of responsiveness (which is a part of commitment and professionalism) is the cause for the unfavorable rating that I have given them.
