 + -1 moreI called Rick South of Macaw Landscaping late on a Friday afternoon. I was very pleased when he contacted me several hours later, being it was the weekend coming up. I asked if he could give me an estimate for some yard work (mainly cutting the lawn), and he said he lived close to my house and it would be easy to run by and give me an estimate. I told him I needed someone dependable. He swore he'd get back to me with a quote. He never did. I don't understand why...he was so prompt in the beginning, but was nowhere to be found afterwards. I will not use him even if he calls me back to apologize because his was not a dependable, responsible way to conduct business. UPDATE: It's probably not a total loss. I suppose I can buy your wife's goats to cut my lawn! ><
Description of Work: Did not get a chance to use provider's services because he never called back. UPDATE: Yes, but you left me in the lurch because I didn't hear from you. I can take "bad news"...you should have still called me back. I already know the issues with the property. It needs regrading in those areas of which you speak. The house is not affected and is dry. Obviously someone has cut the lawn before, but you are probably right that they cut it with a push mower to avoid the wet spots.
