Chris was prompt and very professional. The work was done for the price he quoted, and finished in the time that he told me.. He removed all of the debris and each day he left my house as it was when he got there. He is an excellent plumber and I have not had any problems with his work.

After talking for a while he finally began inspecting the problem. I asked that he didn't cut the water back on but instead go under the house to investigate the leak. After leaving the room to change my clothes, I came back in the room to see the water was back on and the water was flowing every where. I asked that he not do that, but he told me he didn't want to go under the house. He told me he would have to cut through my cabinets to fix the problem. After some back and forth, I asked him to leave. To my surprise he asked if I was going to pay for the service call. I said no, because the only thing he did was turn the water on after I asked him not too. At that time he turned and flicked me off . Shortly after, I called another plumber and he went right under the house and capped the problem.

We called. He told us when he could come. He came when he said he would. He removed the old water heater, installed the new one and then checked his work. Very professional!

It went very well. I would recommend him. He started on time, was helpful, had good quality, and a reasonable price.
