This general contractor oversaw multiple contractors to repair our house after severe storm damage. The entire roof of our home had to be removed and replaced. We never had a problem prior to this storm. After this repair, we have had multiple shingles blow off multiple times a year. The contractor was called to our home multiple times in the first year. He replaced the shingles that blew off. This continued for 6 years now. We have had 3 roofing companies examine our roof. All three said that our roof was installed improperly. There are nail pops all over due to it being nailed too high. The general contractor mentioned that the nails were a little high but never told us how bad it truly was. Two roofing companies told us this was the worst installation they have seen in all of their years in the business. In addition, we had an adjuster from our homeowner's insurance company out to our home recently. Because of the improper installation, they have excluded our roof from EVER being covered due to wind damage. I called Randall and pleaded with him to help us, anything....he told me he would never repair our roof and hung up on me.
