+ -1 moreThe work was satisfactory. But, I was harassed by phone on Monday morning, 1/5/09 for a bill that was postmarked 12/31/08. That is New Years Day and a weekend between the billing and the phone call. A man from the Century Carpet Care grilled me as to why I had not paid the bill and generally treated me as if I was cheating him. It was a very disturbing phone call to receive.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in a rental unit.

+ -1 moreThis is a great company. The price is reasonable and the work is better than any other carpet company I have used, I began using Marcos in 2002 and would never use another company to clean my carpets.
Description of Work: Cleaned pet stained carpets in my condo, living room, bedrooms and dining rooms. They looked like new! Marcos has also cleaned the white carpets in my townhouse, including 3 flights of stairs. They also look like new.
