Description of Work: Repaired roof eves that had been damaged by raccoons. Outstanding works, you would never know the eves were ever damaged. I use them for all my guttering needs. Very nice folks.

Failure to respond to phone messages--I guess they don't need the work!
Description of Work: Nothing. I left 2 messages, a week apart, and never heard a word.

In regards to the failure to return phone call in November, our company is small. It is owner operated...including estimates and work completed. If the owner gets sick or had to have surgery (in this case), work ceases momentarily. It is not out of bad business etiquette nor meant to be taken that way. Emergencies do arise especially when owning your own business. We do apologize. Sometimes it is best that we do not always jump to the worst conclusions about small businesses.

The contractor was easy to work with from picking out products until the end of the project. Eddie even found something that needed to be corrected from a recent roof replacement job. They were always pleasant and professional while replacing all of the siding and gutters on our home and unattached garage.

Slow to start because it is a small buisness, but once they showed up the repairs were made quickly.
Description of Work: I used EM Guttering to repair an area of soffit that had been torn loose by racoons. The response time was kind of slow (2 weeks), but once they showed up the repairs were made without a hitch. They even corrected problems that were found (from previous installation) during the repair. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed and I will be using this company for any future repairs. It is a small business so be patient, it's worth the wait.

Showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do. Friendly and courteous! Recommended them to the neighbor. They got new gutter too!
Description of Work: E.M. Guttering removed, replaced and hauled off the old guttering and installed new 5 inch guttering and a gutter guard and cleaned up.
