+ -1 moreWe needed to create a pad for a future garage/out building. The area where we had the work done was on a sloped piece of land and it was on the edge of the woods. Mr. Dillard had to clear a few trees from the space, do some excavating to clean that spot and then bring in several loads of dirt to level it off. He was quick about getting the project started and did a great job. He even helped us find someone to purchase gravel from for the driveway leading down to the pad. He has actually done several smaller jobs for us, too. We've never been disappointed. Be sure to get all terms squared away on the front end before the work begins.
Description of Work: James Dillard is the owner/operator for this business. He is one of the best dozer operators We've ever encountered. He has done numerous jobs for us over the past few years and he is always conscientious, does a thorough job and asks a fair price for the work. James is a good person and does quality work.
