About us

We are a family owned and operated company that loves to meet the needs of our customers. We do projects as large as complete home building (we have bluerprints/designs to choose from) and as small as building a deck or any other small remodeling project. Most of our customer base has been strictly from referrals. We stand apart from most other construction/contracting companies because we treat our customers, big or small, just like our close family and friends. We take pride in a job well done!

Services we offer

We will evaluate old barns and help see if they are restorable or we can build a new one. We have worked with the State of Georgia Historical Society on restoring several of their barns that are on the Historical Register. We love old barns!

The work was top notch, the men were very knowledgeable about the job. Everyone was respectful to my family and yard dogs . I have never had any people working for me that were this caliber. I have work in the future that I would be extremely wanting them to do and will be waiting for their schedule to get where they can do the job. Thank God for men like Mr Spivey and his crew

Chad with Homestead Custom builders was great ! I placed the work request later in the day and heard from him that evening. In our first conversation I was immediately at ease that we had found the right person for this project. He stayed in constant communication with any updates and thoroughly explained the process. The end result is very nicely built and attractive. The entirely family Is very happy with the work and it was completed in a very timely manner. We were very fortunate to have picked this guy. Will definitely you them for future needs. 5 stars !

We have had multiple projects completed by them over the last 2 years. Very professional friendly excellent job! They have my business for life. Some small jobs and some very sizable jobs as well. Doesn’t matter still a fantastic job. I can’t say enough about them

All went great. We added some stuff along the way and everything was completely done. The only thing was I wanted an itemized bill and never received one. The work and end result was great.
