+ -1 moreThey came out the same day we called even though they had other customers to service. We had no heat on one side of our home, called them (they're right near where we live) and they arrived very quickly. Our heater had been running 24 hours a day for 2 days. We live in TN and our electricity is supplied by the Tennessee Valley Authority (in business since the depression) and is very costly so it was a blessing that Birdwell arrived the same day).
Description of Work: Reattached a crossover duct to the trunk duct.
