The two jobs went as expected. I was kept apprised of progress. I was grateful for the explanation of the problem with the wiring running to my barn. No complaints at all about any part of this job, and Mr. Prince fixed the problems almost as soon as I called him---very fast! I recommend his services!

The electricity in my garage was not working. I called and left a message as to my situation. They came out, investigated the problem, had the electric company come out to look at it to confirm where the wire was and fixed the problem. Considering the time spent at my home the price was great!!! I am so pleased. I have used them for years for electrical and plumbing needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out on Thursday, the next day after I called them, and gave me an estimate and the projected start date based on their current work load. The start date was to be the following Tuesday but called me that morning and delayed the start until Wednesday due to an emergency plumbing issue for another customer. They showed up as scheduled on Wednesday morning and within about an hour they had the wiring run to all locations and were ready to leave. Because it was new work the final installation of the lighting, switch and outlets had to wait until the drywall was completed. Once the drywall was completed I called them back and they came back the next day to finish the installation. They arrived as scheduled and completed the installation of the light and outlets in less than half an hour. They are great people to work with and the actual bill with materials and labor was less than the estimate.

Joe and Cathy Prince are a licensed Father Duaghter team, they have always been extremely fair and professional. Today was no exception with prompt honest professional work done to our satisfaction. They always go above and beyond what a person has a right to expect.
