Description of Work: I have been using Mike from #1 Plumbing Company as my plumber for about five years now. I live on a large rural property that requires regular plumbing maintenance, seasonal turning on and off systems, and blowing out systems for the winter, etc. Mike has always proven to be fair and trustworthy. Several years ago there was a lot of localized flooding in our area. Every other plumber when called was charging three times their normal rates. Not only did Mike charge this is normal rate he showed up late at night with a smile on his face and a professional attitude. This goes a long way when you have a stressful situation to deal with and provides you with an "I'm going to take care off this for you" kind of comfort. I give mike my highest recommendation

 + 0 moreWe couldn't have asked for more - super responsive, able to install the new heater on an elevated platform in case of future water problems. We felt like his priority was our long-term satisfaction, not just selling us whatever he could.
Description of Work: We had a major flood and lost our hot water heater and furnace. We were referred to Mike by our electrician, and he came to our house that morning to assess the situation. He was prepared to replace our water heater but worked with the HVAC professional to ensure the new one would not be damaged by professional basement clean up services.
