Hollis came on a hot summer day and was ready to work! He's a great guy. Took care of my problem in a timely manner.

They scheduled the job immediately and did the job quickly. They could have communicated better on just how late they were going to be. To their credit, they said they would be here and did at 9:30pm. I appreciate their commitment.

Robert called me straight away after i placed my enquiry at about 11pm, after hearing a bird trapped in the wall. I didn't know what to do, i was so glad someone was responding at that time. Hollis came promptly the next morning, to assess the situation, and then came back later that day to remove the Birds from our vent and the wall inside, he was polite, efficient, and did a great job, without leaving any mess. I would definitely use this company again and recommend him. The service was so quick, i'm glad that poor little bird didn't have to die trapped in our walls. Thank you

Hollis was very knowledgeable on my issue with squirrels in the attic. At this time he seems to have remedied the problem. Took them only a few hours to complete the work on house.

He is one of the few pest control companies in the area who is also a general contractor, so he can repair and replace any extra damage that could have been caused by pests. He said other pest control places hire him to do repairs after they eliminate pests, so I found his expertise very helpful.

Robert and Hollis know their stuff. The estimate was straight-forward, and when all the work was completed Robert prepared the final bill with me, explained all the charges, and even threw in a few discounts. Hollis knows what he's doing through every phase of the work from vacuuming out the old insulation, the repairs in the ceiling, and finally blowing the new insulation in. They were not the least expensive based on the original estimate but they had so many good reviews and have so much experience I was very comfortable hiring this business.
