This company was great. Received personalized service, did work that the insurance company refused to pay for and did not charge me for it. They were responsive and prompt and kept me informed.

Professional, very knowledgeable and skilled.

They need to let the customer know if they are unavailable to come. It not good to let a customer wait and he never show up or call.

Hollis came early and immediately began to work. His men were fast and efficient. They love their jobs and are great at every facet of their jobs.

Brian came to fill all the weep holes and a few were missed. Had to call them to come back. The owner himself came back with Brian and another worker. Filled any undone weep holes. The owner discovered a skunk hole that the other guy didn't mention. Set a trap. Nothing caught though. But I liked the knowledgableness and experience of Joe the owner. Taking off a star for not having all the weep holes filled, after Brian confirmed he did them all.

Robert and his team did a great job helping us with a skunk issue He came out on a Sunday actually Super bowl Sunday , put out some traps went under our home determined what we needed Done. This team was exceptionally good for our bat problem.

They came out within hours of my call and placed the traps. Caught skunks that night. Very prompt about picking them up.

My hope is to never need the services again but if I do, Robert Sleigh's Animal Issues will be who I call. Brian and his fiance (sorry I don't remember her name) have been fantastic to work with. They were knowledgeable and very personable. My husband and I enjoyed their visits when they came out to check the traps. We caught the baby skunks quickly but the mother seems to have fled the scene. As impressed as we were with their service, today I was impressed even more. There is an older gentleman in our neighborhood that helps some of the widows with lawn mowing and landscaping. He's sawing trees down today across the street from us. As Brian and his fiance were leaving my house, they went next door to assist the man with a tree he was having trouble with. That's when you see the true character in people. Even if they'd not caught our skunks, I'd use them again for what they did today when they thought no one was watching!
