Frank came on short notice (5 hours after my call on a very busy day), replaced the start capacitor and checked the charge. I have previously used his services several times and am completely satisfied.

Description of Work: AC unit stop working on one of the hottest day of the year. I called Delta-T and Frank made an appointment for the next day. He arrived early that morning and diagnosed the problem as a bad condenser fan. Frank, promptly replaced the fan and charged the unit. The system is good as new. This is a 20 year old system and i was prepared to purchase a new one. Frank has been servicing this unit for several years now and i trust his professional opinion.

 + -1 moreA/C had stopped working overnight during very hot summer weather. Was able to come on very short notice (approx 1 hour). Replaced start capacitor on condensing unit and checked charge. Had previously installed dampers in ductwork and performed routine maintenance. Note: Frank's name is pronounced "Byfoot".
