Description of Work: Arrived only 20 minutes into the hour window given. Quite punctual. Got to work quickly and efficiently. Workers were professional and did a great job of keeping everything clean. Also did a great job of explaining and showing me why I needed an additional service. Description of Work: Jordan came to clean and inspect our fireplace and chimney. It was the most thorough job we've ever had. He mentioned that the crown needed rebuilding and took pictures so we could see without going up on the roof. We had him return for the repairs. He and his partner arrived on time. They were very efficient. When they were finished, there was no trace of concrete work having been done. Jordan also took a new set of pictures for us. We are very happy with Mad Hatter and would recommend and reuse them again.

Description of Work: Everything was done well. There was very little interaction, and almost no discussion about what was found, and how things looked. The worker was not the cleanest person in the world, but he didn't make a mess in my house. I would hire them again in the future regardless.

Description of Work: Had chimney swept. They did and Ok job, until they brought down one of my caps. I can't know for sure, but I suspect they cut my chimney cap screen and then tried to sell me a new one for $200. They said it looked like a squirrel had chewed into the steel screen.
