Description of Work: My self and my real estate agent could not schedule a time for work after trying multiple times the vendor wanted only to have the owners there to pitch |more expensive work. That was the impression from the real estate agent. we had a contractors key box on the house. and paid for a chimney sweep and $250 dollars toward masonary work. the special listed at $150.00. I want my money back. |

Description of Work: Bought the "Big Deal" for a Chimney Sweep and inspection. This was a good value. The service providers came out and were able take a photo of rust developing on the cap so we were able to catch it in time and order a nice solid cover for the top with a really excellent warranty. This prevented water from seeping on in through the wall later - we were pleased with their work and appreciated their thorough explanation and photos of the damage. Great crew to work with.

Pulled out insert and cleaned throughly and there was no sign they had even been there afterwards ..any mess that was made was cleaned completely up before they left, No Christmas decorations misplaced or not put back the way they found them!! They were suppose to fill in cracks in the chimney and since I'm disabled, couldn't get on roof to inspect their performance, and when my roof was replaced 3 months later, found out they didn't do it at all. Also, they missed a few cracks in the fireplace where they should of patch it up.
Description of Work: They did chimney cleaning and an overall inspection of the chimney.
