Description of Work: They cleaned and inspected our chimney. Service went well.

Description of Work: Got in touch with me right away after my Angie's List purchase, and were good about accommodating my schedule. Showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and did not make a mess. I had used this company before and had liked them, so was glad to see their Angie's List offer. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I ended up not using Mad Hatter because after I spoke with the gentleman on the phone, he basically told me that he didn't think I needed any service. He was very knowledgeable and honest and I appreciated his honesty because it saved me money, I will use them in the future if I need service.

Description of Work: They were an hour late for the appt but called in advance to see if the appt needed to be rescheduled. Work was done quickly and they were very clean.

Description of Work: We called this company the day before and based on their answers to our questions we decided to have them do the work. They were able to schedule us for the following day. Three men arrived neatly dressed including company shirts and on time. Following a walk thru to evaluate the job to be done it was clearly and thoroughly explained to us how they would clean our air duct system and approximately how long it would take. The vent covers were removed, washed, and sanitized. Then the entire system was vacuumed ,the dust and debris being sucked directly into their truck. The ductwork was then thoroughly brushed and then vacuumed a second time. Finally, an EPA sanitizer that also eliminates mold and mildew was applied throughout the system. The entire procedure took about 3 hrs. . The men were all very pleasant and polite. They were respectful of our house working with care and cleaning up at the end leaving nothing for us to do. We're noticing a big difference in the air quality since the work was done.We no longer see dust particles in the air and heavy dust on furniture.Best of all our congestion is clearing and we're breathing better. All in all we are very happy with THE MAD HATTER and the job they did for us.We will hire them in the future and highly recommend them.
