Matt's Painting & Drywall

This man and woman are running a MAJOR SCAM! I could spend an entire PAGE listing everything they did - which severely damaged my home! I am having to pay a plethora of service providers to fix their damages - which is costing me SO much money. Do NOT give them one dime; you will be so very sorry. Codes are not met, electricity doesn't work, plumbing leaks, etc. They CAULKED my French Door in place! This list is just a start. I have had (4) contractors to date assess my concerns. They confirmed that I have STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO MY HOME! ! Please beware of them. I have never in my entire life met such unethical people who do such horrible, down-right shoddy work. I will be happy to provide you with photos so you can see for yourself! I HATE that I even need to rate them with one star!

I contacted Matt at Matt's Painting and Drywall concerning a drywall project at my home. Matt was to come review the job and give me a quote on the job between 5:00 and 6:00 PM on June 4. He did not come or call. I called him on June 5 about his failure to keep the appointment or to call. He apologized, said he "forgot." We arranged for him to come by by 2:00 PM on June 5. He did not keep that appointment either, neither did he call. I stayed home both times specifically to meet with Matt, wasting my time twice. Plus I did not call any other drywall people waiting to discuss the project with Matt. I am extremely disappointed in the response of Matt's Paining and Drywall and very surprised that Angie's List would recommend such a poor performer as this company. I have had good results from providers recommended by Angie's List in the past but not this time. I will not be contacting Matt's Painting and Drywall again and I will let my friends know of my experience with this company.

Lack of professionalism as they never showed up when they were supposed to. I contacted Matt's Painting and Drywall to get an estimate for some work at my home. They returned my call and an appointment was made. I adjusted my schedule to make sure I would be home but when the time came and passed, no one had come and no one had called to explain why. I called and left a message with Matt's drywall to see if they were still coming or if they were not interested in the work, to please let me know that so I could move on to someone else. Again no response. If you are considering drywall or painting work, you should look for someone that is reliable and you can count on. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
