It was the first time I used them. They were very friendly and very accommodating. They were very professional. They almost made me feel like I am a friend of theirs. I bought the hardwood floor from them but they did not install it and I wish they did.

Used Karen's to put linoleum and carpet in a basement that was remodeled. They worked hard to get us in before the scheduled date and did an awesome job. They were very professional and charged us exactly what was quoted.

I spoke with Deon on site and he was very willing to help me get what I needed. I already had the measurements and information to purchase the product, so when I called to get all the details he was very responsive. We had some vendor issues, delayed shipping, and he stayed on top of it! Very professional and helpful. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had what i needed in a timely manner. I would go back again and again! Highly recommend!

The two workers arrived on time and started work in the hallway. I'd warned them that the previous tenants had kept cat litter pans there which they didn't keep clean so it would be a bit smelly. When they tore out the old vinyl flooring, the reek was horrible and the concrete floor underneath was saturated with it. The workers never complained and told me they could apply a sealant to the concrete that would completely block the odor and keep the new flooring dry. I told them to go ahead. The new flooring ended up looking great and there's no trace of an odor in the room now. Next, they started work in the bathroom. I knew the wood base beneath the old flooring was damaged, but they showed me that it was so rotten in places that it was too soft to hold nails and seemed unsafe to walk on. Ripping it out and replacing it would have been quite expensive, and they suggested just putting down new plywood on top of the old instead. We discussed the work and the cost and I decided to do it that way. They quickly went out and bought the plywood, installed it, then installed the vinyl flooring. It turned out very nicely. The kitchen didn't, thank goodness, have any problems and they installed the new flooring fairly quickly. They finished all three floors in less than a full day, and all three floors look nice. I was charged extra for the concrete sealing and installing the new plywood floor, but the amounts were reasonable.

They came out and gave me an estimate the evening that I went in. Very professional! He called the next day with estimates of 3 different weights of carpet and then emailed me his bid. He did the followup calls and was very kind Ultimately, the decision was not mine alone to make and sadly we chose cheaper instead of local. For a small company they worked hard to get my business!. The next time I will chose Karen's!

The salesman, Mark, was very helpful and patient when helping me pick colors and carpet/pad types.The installers showed up on time and worked straight through until they finished - about 5 hours. They were very professional and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

We were very pleased with their prices, service, and professionalism. The installers were prompt, efficient, and friendly.

Dino made several trips to meet me. Made sure we purchased the carpet we needed for high traffic and high light exposed area. Didn't try to sell us a pad that we didn't need and replaced several ceramic tiles damaged at no extra cost.

I was really happy with Karen's service and the way they treated us. Their guys did a good job of installing everything, but I wish I had upgraded to a better quality of carpet. We had opted to let our home builder show us samples and had I just upgraded I could've chose from all of Karen's selections and picked out nicer carpeting. There had been a problem with the carpets being matted, but Karen has been more than helpful and the manufacturer would not back their product even though we contacted them within the one year warranty time. I can t remember how much I paid for the carpeting.

They were punctual, highly skilled, and cautious with the installation. They even moved some of my furniture for me which was nice. There were no bulges in the carpet when they were done and it only took them one day to complete all the carpeting. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.
