They did a great job! Steve, the technician was very friendly and personable, while at the same time , very focused on getting the job done.

My problem will require months of treatment and monitoring to assess success. However, initiation treatment was grest. Marty called and set an appointment for the following day. Inwould not be on site so I had Maery call me while he was on site making his evaluation. He quickly assessed the situationandm made his recommendation for a treatment regimen. He was vocally conscious of price and aid we would start with a conservative regimen and if more bait stations were needed later there would be no additional charge. Initial set up was $125 and monthly follow-ups would be $75. This is for a fairly remote commercial site so those process seem very reasonable.

Not well I was informed that the office was closed on Saturday which is not what the business website states.

Have had several visits since I called them. First visit, he sprayed for outdoor bugs and sprayed wasps that were using holes to the attic.. He also set bait for the mammals.Subsequent visits verified that mice were present and he closed the entry holes on the roof. I am on their quarterly spray program for bugs and bait. They are knowledgeable and professional. No more ceiling noise!

Critter Wranglers, was a pleasure to work with. Their service is offerred at a flat rate, instead of the nickle and dime approach of charging per animal caught. We found their service technician (Mickey Neely) to be absolutely outstanding..., professional..., delivered with the best alternative compassionate results..., and prompt! I don't think I ever had any type of service performed that the service rep was as thoughtful. And even more impressive was the cost. The competitor was thousands of dollars higher. And their rep wasn't the least bit helpful. I highly recommend Critter Wranglers!

This gentlemen arrived as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. He was unobtrusive and did an excellent job for a fair price.

Response time to my phone call was great. I called on a Tuesday evening at around 5:30pm and made an appointment for 10:00am the next morning. The rep for the company, Marty, was professional, informative, and nice. Paid $325 for 7 days of service; but the trap is left open on the weekends, so really paid for 5 business days. Honestly, I am not sure if this is a great price or not b/c I did not price another company; but I would pay it again to get the "critter" out of my crawl space. The animal was never actually caught, but it seems to have been trapped out side of the crawl space. Traps were conveniently left until I was able to concrete in the holes the animal had used to enter the space.

Waste of time talking to him, he wasn't interested in providing the emergency services that he advertises, just wanted to upsell me on removal and house treatment services for next week.

CW showed up on a Friday evening (no extra charge for after hours work) and took care of the problem. I was very happy.

They did a good job. They came in and checked for it several times before they finally caught it. The staff were very friendly. They fixed a seal at the top of our garage that the raccoon had messed up and and put a wire a cross it to keep him out.

I called around 2:45pm, and had the provider/wrangler at my house by 5pm (they were doing another job in our area!). The wrangler explained how he would transfer the skunk, gave me tips on trapping/excluding the hedgehog under my decks (and critter-proofing our compost pile), and then got to work. The skunk was a juvenile (quick to startle/spray), and took about twenty minutes to coax into the other cage. I could not ask for more exemplary and professional service. This company is a gem in our community, and I will certainly call them when I (finally) catch my pesky hedgehog.

They were easy to talk with and professional. They were accessible with their availability and their communication. I was able to communicate with the technician at night. It seemed it was his priority to help me.

These guys are great. I couldn't have asked for more professional and polite service. Even though we felt the intruder had already escaped, they set a trap to be sure. They inspected the crawlspace closely and pointed out damages as well as areas of possible intrusion which they sealed off for me at a very reasonable rate. They even waited patiently for me to go buy bolt cutters since we couldn't get the lock off the crawlspace door. Highly recommend.

MATT COMBINES PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR WITH COMPASSION FOR HIS CLIENTS AND THE ANIMALS HE IS WORKING WITH.. HE SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE IS GOING TO AND PERFORMS THE WORK HE SAYS NEEDS TO BE PERFORMED. HE HAS COUNSELED ME ON HOW TO PREVENT REPEATED RACCOON INFESTATIONS, EVEN THOUGH I DON'T FOLLOW HIS ADVICE,,, HE PATIENTLY FIXES THINGS TIME AFTER TIME. TOP THAT OFF WITH THE FACT THAT HE IS A KIND AND CONSIDERATE AND I CAN EASILY RECOMMEND CRITTER WRANGLERS FOR YOUR WILDLIFE CONTREOL NEEDS.
