The owner came out to talk to us first and he explained everything really well so we knew exactly what we were getting. He found the rebate from Home Depot which was excellent, it was $500, I think. We had talked to different companies and they didn't mention that so we were really thrilled about that one. They came right when they said they would. It was about a week out that they were able to come and it was just in time to get the rebate so they worked that out. They figured out a problem and they did a really good job on overcoming that problem and it's worked great ever since.
