Certified Clean Care

John and Anthony brought back my vintage Iranian runners today and the rugs are beautiful. They look better than they have in many years. Several years ago another rug cleaner in Atlanta had cleaned them and the results were not good. One was even stretched out of shape. Certified Clean Care fixed all of the issues and went beyond my expectations. I really appreciate their diligence and extra time spent working on my runners. The technicians who returned the rugs were very conscientious in replacing the runners. Thank you everyone at Certified Clean Care and I plan to use your company soon for tile and upholstery cleaning.

Great Cleaning, our carpet looks great, they didn't mess up the carpet. excellent job on the cleaning carpet and did a great work. they also help us out in our church, we had a flood and the carpet in our church was soaked and they came out within an hour and they cleaned the carpet out and it was great. Loved the service and very professional with the help they extended to our church.

Awesome experience! Certified's technicians came out and got spots out of my carpet that I had given up on getting out. My wood floors look like new. Will definitely be calling them again!

We've used them twice. First time went great - technician was on time and professional, and did a nice job. Second time was today. The room had only 2 pieces of furniture in it, a desk and a file cabinet, and the tech broke the desk while moving it, and then not only didn't mention it, but tried to conceal it by propping it back together and standing it in the corner so it wouldn't wobble. The desk is ruined -- it was nothing fancy - it was an Ikea desk and they can be fragile (which is why I told him before he started to let me know if needed help moving anything - he said "nope - this looks pretty easy.") Accidents happen and it would've been NBD if he hadn't tried to hide the evidence, but the dishonesty is a deal breaker for me. When I noticed it as he was loading his equipment in the van to leave, I mentioned it, and he said "oh, yeah, it sorta came apart when I was moving it. I thought maybe it was already broken or something." It wasn't -- I moved it the week before with no problem. UPDATE: Very impressed - I had been referred to the company by a friend, and I mentioned the above experience to her the same day I filed the original review. She knows the owner, and texted him about it, and Jared called me the same day to apologize for the desk mishap, and wanted to know what they could do to make it right. We worked it out, and I was very impressed by his commitment to doing the right thing. I have no reason to think he even knew of my Angie's List review at that point - he just seemed troubled by what had happened and committed to making sure it was taken care of.

Went very well

Certified calls first to alert you that they are in transit. Once they arrive they do a quick overview of the rooms needing assistance. They will pre apply stain remover to areas requiring more intensive cleaning and they will use furniture pads to protect furniture from the cleaning process - then they return with their equipment and one by one in a very methodical method clean each individual room. Once the cleaning is completed they remove their equipment paying attention to furniture and wood surfaces. They return with instructions/recommendations, sometime spot treatment solution and even booties to keep the owners feet dry if they return before the carpets are thoroughly dry. You will also receive a follow up call and or email and a hand written thank you from the owner! This is a family run business that provides a high level of customer service with attention to details :)

They always provide excellent service. From the time of scheduling, to contacting you just before they come, to the work they do. They take care of the furniture, to put it where it belongs, and to make sure that there is something between the furniture leg and the carpet to keep any stains from occurring. They leave you with detailed information about taking care of their carpet. They offer services, like Scotch Guard and Anti Fungi treatment. They also leave stain removal with you.

They did an excellent job. Last year they cleaned several rugs and did an excellent job. I would recommend them without hesitation. The price seemed fair. They were pleasant and professional.

Showed up on time and did a very good job of cleaning the carpet in three rooms. Took special care not to mess anything up, and moved all necessary furniture. I would recommend them in this area.
