John McBee was very helpful from our request for an estimate through our final TVA inspection (for the energy right program). He explained everything very clearly and available to answer any questions we had. We feel very confident that the work performed was of great quality, and would highly recommend A & J Heating and Air.
Description of Work: We had our electric heat pump system replaced.

Description of Work: We have had this company work on our A/C for years. They have always done a good job. Very responsive, very courteous, good to work with.
