I took it to Tn. Computer Doctors. I dropped it off explained what my problem was and they told me what they would do to check it out. Later that same day I received a call at work and they told me what I would have to do to fix the problem. We agreed and when I picked up my computer I was very pleased with the explaination I was given about what was done and the price was cheaper than any other repair place i called. I am very pleased and would recommend you check this business out they do great work at reasonable rates.

My husband and I were having some problems with our computer. The PC light was on, indicating the PC was on, but the monitor was black. We adjusted all of the chords and wiggled the mouse in attempt to turn on the monitor but it wouldn't budge. My daughter wanted to start on a paper she had due and needed the computer fixed that day. We knew of a place in town that fixed computers. We brought the computer into the shop and informed them of the situation with our daughter. They assured us that the computer could be diagnosed by the end of the day, and that they would call us when it was finished. Five O' clock came around, we received no call. The next day, we went to the shop to learn our computer's fate. The staff at the shop informed us that our motherboard had been fried and that we needed to purchase another computer. Then they proceeded to show us the computers that they had for sale. When asked why they didn't contact us by the end of the day, the staff member said that when you meticulously go through a computer, it takes a while.Thinking that something was a bit fishy, my husband contacted a friend (who happened to be a computer engineer) to look at the computer. Upon looking at the computer, our engineer determined our mouse did not work properly. We purchased a new mouse and our computer works like new. If the computer was meticulously gone through and accessed like the employee claimed, wouldn't they have been able to diagnose something as simple as a broken mouse? When considering the Tennessee Computer Doctor, Beware.
