+ -1 moreMr. Rickel arrived right on time. We did not know the exact location of our tank, however he located it on the first try. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and was pleasant and effecient.

+ -1 moreMr. Rickel and his assistant did a gret job in very cold weather, they were punctual, and polite.
Description of Work: After noticing 2 of my toliets leaking from the bottom when flushing and a backup occuring in the bathtub I called a plumber and was told it sounded like a septic issue. I called one service in Nashville that didnt come to Hendersonville for service, then I got on Angies List and noticed Mr. Rickel was in Portland I called him he told me he could be here between 3pm and 4pm. He arrived on time and got right to work locating the septic tank. He quickly drained it and was very polite and professional. I would reccomend Mr. Rickel for this service and I would call him again for the same service.

+ -1 moreMr. Rickel showed up just when he said he would. He and his team even dug under a fence to get the hose to our septic tank. He found a tree root problem we have with our tank and removed a lot of the roots and then told us to buy some RidX to remove the rest of them. He was a very nice person to work with.
Description of Work: Pumped my septic tank and removed tree roots from septic.

+ -1 moreMr. Rickel pumped our tank and diagnosed an electical problem. He called an electrician who works with him and he came the next day and completed the problem.
Description of Work: We were hit by lightning and our septic system stopped working. We call Mr. Rickel on Sat. afternoon and he came by Sunday morning.. Very honest and straightforward.

+ -1 moreIt went very well! Bobby Rickel was surprised that I found his name on Angies List; he wanted to know who Angie was. I gave him a print-out on his prior evaluation by a previous customer.
Description of Work: The septic tank for my house was pumped; I don't think it had ever been pumped befor, The house is approximately 20 years old.
