Whether you need potholes in your residential parking area filled and repaired or a building pad paved for your residential project, you can count on the experienced professionals at IHY Asphalt. "Aug 5th the work was done, next day it rained water was ankle deep in front of my door. I called Harry he said he was booked the next 2weeks. He was supposed to call me Friday as to when he could correct the problem. No call yet. I have pictures of the flooding. I have to use a sump pump when it rains, so I don't have flooding in my house."

"I was very unhappy with this company. All I wanted was to have my driveway paved. They laid down so much asphalt you actually have to step down off the driveway. My chain link fence only opens in as the asphalt is so high I can't open the gate out. The only person who answers the phone is a guy named Louie. No matter when you call he's the only one who answers. He makes you think he's giving you a big deal when actually he's over charging and then does a bad job."

"It went great. Kevin is an 'owner operator' so I don't have to deal with a guy disconnected from the work coming it to check in once in a blue moon. He does stuff the right way. He communicates amazingly, we had some small 'additions' to the project that were fairly priced and didn't go much beyond the original quote (few hundred bucks on a 10k+ job). Also, these additions were caused by poor workmanship of my hardscapes company I had earlier, Kevin's team rebuilt part of their wall, re-supported the coping in one corner, and added a low retaining wall to the edge of the patio to keep the pavers from falling out into the yard (yes, previous company just had pavers end to grass with a plastic mulch bed edge holding in the patio). I was referred to Kevin through a neighbor and he has also completed a fairly large job at my neighbors house since (similar work to mine)."
