+ -1 moreDavid was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours, figured out what the problem was then fixed it! I was concerned that I needed a new unit. He check it out and cleaned it up and let me know that after he replaced the fan motor, the unit was in great condition. I sure appreciate the fact that he was honest! This is the only company I will use from this point forward!

Description of Work: Called for a second opinion after hearing that our heat exchanger was bad. He said the same thing. We opted to go with him for a re-charge of the freon that was low due to a lower price per pound of refrigerant than was quoted earlier by another service com. |He was prompt, curtious,and cheaper on cost for a replacement unit for our home. We elected to wait till the fall for a replacement unit.

Description of Work: My air conditioning unit needed freon. I thought it was completely empty. The technician filled up the unit and it only needed one pound. I was not home at the time and never would have known the difference if he had charged my for 5 pounds. These folks are honest people and a pleasure to work with.
