We are a family owned business. All About Fencing provides professional installation and repairs of any type of fence. We provide free estimates and will attempt to accomodate your schedule for appointments. We install your fence as if it were our own. No shortcuts!!!!

The manager/owner arrived and measured off the fence. He gave me an estimate for the repair. He mentioned his company was busy with corporate contracts. I said I would consider the estimate and call, either way. I left 5-8 voicemails requesting this company do the fencing for me. I never received a call back. They never contactd me.
Description of Work: I left several messages and my calls were never returned. Finally, I left a voicemail saying I needed to speak to the manager. The owner/manager called me back hours later. We set a date for him to come out and give me an estimate.

Description of Work: The company representative at up an appointment to come to my house to give a quote on a fence we are desperately in need of. They were a no call, no show, no answer their cell phone/office phone, nothing. I waited approximately 2.5 hours then gave up on them.

My husband ran over his phone with the skid loader and lost all his messages and phone calls. I know this sounds like a cop out but it is a fact. He has never used a smart phone before and struggled learning how to operate it for a few days. I, personally, work a public job and check the voice mail at home every day after work and I do not remember receiving a message from [name removed]. We apologize for the misunderstanding and do not operate our business this way. We have many customers that are very happy with our service and wish to continue to keep any customer satisfied.

As stated above this provider could not be bothered to show up to the appointment we set and did not bother to contact me in any way. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I contacted the provider to provide me a quote for a fence I was needing installed at my residence. Provider set an appointment and never showed up or called. Very unprofessional in my eyes.

We called Ray to come out to our home and give us a quote on installing some fencing that would basically extend the existing fence and completely enclose our yard. We had some scheduling issues, but worked around them. He came out and took measurements, spoke with my husband, and talked about different options. When he left, he told my husband that he would work up a quote and get back with us. We never heard from him again.

We did go to the residence and looked at the job. The fence that was to be installed was crisoak and the representative told the customer that he was not interested in doing the installation. [member name removed] did call again a couple of times. Perhaps Ray did not make himself clear that he was not interested in the installation. We always want to leave a good impression and try our best to return calls and appointments. Please accept our apologies for any misunderstandings.

Although the price seemed a little on the steep side, the work was excellent. The installers arrived right on time and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. The fence was completed in about five or six hours and looks great.
Description of Work: we had a 5ft tall chain link fence installed around a chicken coop in our yard. the area was approx. 50 ft by 30 ft

They were nice and down to earth. It is a little expensive but I have got a big backyard too. I would say that the price is pretty fair. I called him and he was at my house the next day. They were pretty professional.
