Since the A/C unit had quit working the night before, I was pleased that he arrived so quickly. He diagnosed the problem, and explained to me the issue as to why it wasn't working. He had it up and running within 20 minutes! He didn't try to over sell products; was personable and patient with me. I signed up for a maintenance contract as he was the only one who actually spoke with me. Other companies insist on texting. I appreciated his honesty and overall demeanor in dealing with a frantic, and stressed homeowner without air conditioning in a warm environment. I would recommend his company emphatically and without hesitation! Great job!
