We are very pleased with the service so far. Bob is quick to respond and to get the job done. His pricing is reasonable, too. We were told by another company that we'd have to sand our floors, restain, and poly to get rid of the 'deep' scratch. They quoted us $600. Bob said that all he needed to do was buff off the poly and repoly it for us, and he'd do it for $250. He was right! He accommodated our schedules, came back 2 days later, and finished the job in an hour. The scratch is nonexistent! There was a coarse hair (maybe from a brush) that was hidden in the poly. I foolishly tried to pick it up 48 hours later and now there is a 2 inch mark. He quickly responded to my text and is coming back to fix it next week. His friendly service and speedy response is greatly appreciated!
