They arrived both times at arranged time and moved furniture from elderly parent's old house to their new location and set up where my parents wanted each piece. They took down furniture from old location and set up in new location. It was raining one day and they took extra precautions to keep everything dry and not track mud. Very professional and polite.

We spent $360 on that service. They were great and were absolutely awesome. We hired them originally for 3 hours and it took more time and we paid them for 5 hours. It was fixed and it was $360 and was $60 an hour for 2 of them. They showed up, were punctual and took good great care with our furniture and appliances. They were just awesome, they were just really great. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The moving crew was punctual, efficient, very polite, and careful moving furniture out of our existing home and into our son's apartment. All furniture was dis-assembled then re-assembled as needed and put in proper place. The original estimate was for 3-4 hours but the actual move took only 2 hours. Since Phil's Moving does not charge a minimum fee, but actual time for the move, our final costs were considerably less than the original estimate.

We met with Phil twice to do an initial and final walk through on what we were moving. We had several large antiques, including a piano, dining table and buffet, and bookcase, plus an 8 foot pool table to move. Unlike other estimates we received, Phil's was based on time estimates, not weight (with weight, you are stuck if the truck weighs in at a higher weight than the estimate once everything was loaded). He would also pack and unpack our grandfather clock and disassemble and reassemble our pool table himself, at a much lower price than other companies who bring in outside crews. Some of the crew came a couple days before the move to pack up dishes and antiques for us. We did most of the other packing ourselves. On the moving day, Phil and the crew worked pretty much non-stop to get the truck loaded. They were very polite and very careful with everything. When they were finished, the crew also moved some furniture that was staying from the second floor to the first floor. Phil uses the same crew to load and unload (something we think avoids many problems) so we met Phil and his crew at our new home in SC and did a walk through for where specific items would be moved to. The truck arrived the next morning (a few problems with our local subdivision maintenance manager on where the truck could drive were worked out) and unloading quickly began. Everything was moved to the appropriate places, requiring creativity on how to get some of the larger pieces in place, and Phil reassembled our pool table. One casualty of the move, the top of our antique dining room table was damaged somehow. Phil took the top back to TN and repaired it himself. A few weeks later, he and his wife personally brought the table top back to our SC house and reassembled the dining room table (great job, we could not tell where the damage or repair was).
