Go to Yelp so you Can read just how terrible this company is! Angies list only allows 999 words and i cannot get the entire nightmare in that many words. Went into contract June 2023, 16 week deadline to install my pool. This was Calvin & Rodney that came up with this NOT me. Perfect weather, no issues and i fired them March 2024. Also been in contact with BBB, EVERYTHING Calvin has responded to i have attached proof where he's lying. Thank God, after about a month into this train wreck we started saving text message & voicemails. Installed cameras to keep up with the progress, if not it would be his word against ours. We paid 102k to install a pool with no concrete, not counting the countless inspection fails. We owed them 3k to pour our 18x36 pool, all other cash already paid. We had a 12x16 pad we wanted him to pour for us, extra cost. When i fired him he quoted 9k for pad, we got another contractor to pour everything for 8k. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, LOOK UP YELP FOR MORE DETAIL.

I got a price from Calvin of $1500 after he came out give me a quote. I found someone else to do the job for $1300. I told him this when he called back to see if I was going to let him do the job. After negotiating, he was going to do the job for $1400 and provide the "cove" around the bottom of the pool, which the other guy was not. So I went with Calvin. He said he would be by on Friday to sign a contract and he required half the money at that time. When he came on Friday he told me that he would be at my house the next Thursday afternoon to start grading and then finish Friday OR he would be there Friday morning and not leave until the pool had water running in it. He called me Thursday and told me that he would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 am the next day. At 8:30 the next day, I called him because he was not there. He was on the way and got there at 8:45. When he and two other guys showed up, they seemed hung over or on something. They worked until 2:30 and said they had to go check on another job and they would be back first thing Saturday morning. All they had done at that point was the grading and they put together the bottom ring of the pool. They left parts of my pool out of the box and some of their tools laying around. And asked to put their "good" tools in my garage. Which we did. Saturday morning, I got a text message from Calvin saying that he had a stomach virus and would be there first thing on Monday. I told him I was unable to wait until Monday due to other circumstances and told him if he didn't come that day, he would need to come on Sunday He did and got the pool up by about 7:30 Sunday night. When the water finally got up high enough for us to tell, the pool leaked water from the skimmer, and from every hose around the filter. I called him and he told me that he would come out and check it. He did, tightened the hoses and cracked the the multiport valve at every hose, you could see where he used channel locks on it to tighten it . It leaked even worse at this point. He text me and told me I had a defective multiport valve and that the skimmer wasn't leaking. I sent him a picture of the skimmer leaking and told him it looked like it was tightened too tightly and he was the one that cracked it. He told me no, that he only hand tightened it and it was still under warranty since it was brand new out of the box and they would send me another one. He did come BACK by and fix the skimmer. When I called the company I got the pool from, it was going to be two weeks before they sent a new multiport valve. Calvin said he would "see what he could do" to find me another one to do me until then. I ended up buying one instead for $135 Today is July 18th and I have not heard from him since June 28th when he said he would see what he could do to help.
