+ -1 moreVery professional crew that came at 7am to install a NEW metal roof and by 12 Noon they had completed job. That was with replacing some areas of wood, as was needed. Cleaned up completely and you never knew they were there except you had this beautiful NEW metal roof. Very Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone and everyone, and have. Work was done about 8 weeks ago, all is good.

Description of Work: Lyons Metal Roofing recommended 3 installation contractors; I chose the mid-priced contractor, Clarke Family Builders. They did an excellent job. On time, thorough, cleaned up the work area, no surprises.

Description of Work: They fixed the roof of my house. They did good work once they finally got here but they would say, "We will be there Friday", then I would not hear from them for 2 weeks. Then I would call them they would promise another date they would be here, then not show. Once they did finally get the work started they did a good job on the repair. I was pleased with the work they did. Just don't be in a hurry for them to do the job.

Description of Work: This contractor called in response to my letter seeking estimates for a roofing job and made an appointment to come by on the morning of 3/16/15 to measure, etc. However, not only did he not show up, but he did not call to explain or reschedule until several days later, after I had already signed a contract with another.

When you contact them, they will explain that they do not have installers but do have a list of contractors that could complete your job if you choose. I did not have a contractor in mind and went along with their suggested contractor from their list. The contractor is not and has never had a contractor's license on file in the state of Tennessee or Virginia. Please be sure that you have your own contractor or you request proof of the contractor's license before any work is done. I trusted the company based on their reputation and what I got is a horrible mess on my house.

Description of Work: I purchased metal roofing and snow guards from them. They, in turn, gave it to another company for them to install. Each time I contacted them they were professional, pleasant to talk to, and addressed my problem immediately. I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arises.
