Description of Work: Hope and John walked us through the various alternatives for our new kitchen counters. John came out personally to make the template for the granite counters. They fit perfectly.

 + 0 moreThey came as promised, were efficient, neat, and polite. They got the old countertops our neatly in just about two hours on a Monday. On Thursday of the same week, they returned with the granite. The work seems excellent in quality; we have no issues with Hard Rock folks. Floor and backsplash tile were installed by another contractor.
Description of Work: He tore out old cabinet tops, prepared new granite countertops, and installed the granite countertops plus a new undermount sink. . He also ordered the floor tile and backsplash tile for us.

 + 0 moreThe people at Hard Rock were wonderful to work with. I recommend going to look at their slabs because not all granite is equal. We picked out an exotic granite and the contractor had another granite supplier he wanted to work with. Their slabs of the same granite at the other place were nothing like the slabs I saw at Hard Rock. The owner of Hard Rock takes great pride in sourcing out the most beautiful granite and installing it with artistry. We insisted on working with Hard Rock because their granite was so much prettier. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. We are very happy with our counters!

 + -1 moreFrom the moment we walked into their office every person we encountered was friendly and professional. Hope was our main contact and she was great. She showed us our options and helped me pick out the perfect granite to go with our new colors in the kitchen. They kept us updated on process and the installation was on time and was very smooth. They had to make two trips out to the house as the breakfast cabinets were not yet installed when the kitchen was completed. Both times they were out the men were very professional and friendly. It's obvious from the job they did that they knew what they were doing!

 + 0 moreEveryone at Hard Rock Stone and Tile went out of their way to ensure I left as a delighted customer! They were patient, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. Considering the fact that I knew very little about getting a new countertop when I went in, they walked me through the process step by step, answering all my questions. They do their own fabrications with a special process to ensure very high quality. To ensure the installation was as error free as possible, they came to my house and did an actual wood template of the counters instead of just taking measurements. The install went great, and my counters are gorgeous! The price was good value for the quality product I received. I am extremely pleased!

Description of Work: Called and left three messages to get some information and they never called me back. So went to their place of business and told them I had left several messages and they didnt seem to care. Finally they showed me some product and I thought for what they offered me was high. They acted like because I didn't need a lot of counter top that my job was not important. Again bad customer service.

Description of Work: Hard rock stone & tile put our granite countertops in our kitchen. They came over and gave us a free estimate based on our kitchen needs. We had a lot more QUALITY granite to choose from than other companies in the area, and they were extremely helpful in the process of picking the right granite for our needs and budget. The granite was placed in one day and they were very professional and efficient. Love my countertops and will be going back to them soon to help me choose tile for a backsplash.
