We have had other pressure washers and have pressure washed things ourselves, but Mr. Cates' has, by far, done the best job. We will definitely use him for future jobs.

Description of Work: I KNOW THIS SOUNDS CRAZY BUT i'VE NEVER BEEN SO GLAD TO SPEND $$. I obtained 4 bids before I chose Ken Cates. He told me right off the bat that he wasn't the cheapest but he guaranteed I would be pleased with the result. Ironically, he was the highest bidder. I'm a single mom and I always research the best ways to spend my money wisely. Ken came out for the estimate, and didn't just assure me but explained how he would protect my landscape. Preservation was a big deal to me since I had worked 5 years and invested alot of $$ in creating the look I finally acheived. Ken made 2 follow up contacts. I didn't feel like he was pushy, just personal. Based on his ratings on Angie's list and my impression, I chose him to do the work. He did the job on a day I was at work. I called to pay him but he insisted I inspect his work before I paid. I actually thought I drove into the wrong driveway! Seriously, I kept saying "Wow, I have a white house!" I hadn't realized how dirty it was. He also replaced a piece of damaged siding with another piece I had on hand. I called him back to pay. He called me later and told me he was adding a $20.00 coupon for his Angie's List clients so he reduced my payment. I've already made my appointment for next year! Thank you for letting me experience the value of an "A" rating.

Description of Work: On April 6, 2010, I had the exterior of my home, my gazebo, my driveway and my walkways pressure washed and was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise exhibited by Mr. Ken Cates. Everything was done immaculately, the foundation shrubbery was protected from overspray and even the small concrete stoop at the rear crawl space was cleaned. In addition, great care was taken not to damage the seals of my windows (from excessive water pressure) and also in cleaning the screens on the screened-in-porch. The accumulation of dirt, algae, and mold was finally gone and everything looked new and fresh! On June 14, 2011, I again used the services of Cates Property Services to pressure clean my home, gazebo, driveway and walkways. In addition, I had Mr. Katz clean a vinyl, two rail fence that my original intention was to simply clean by hand using a scrub brush. Again, the entire experience was done professionally and with attention to detail. I was also exttremely pleased by the cleanliness of the vinyl fence after Mr. Cates and his son finished the work. It was finallty white again!
