+ -1 moreFirst off they were Mexicans and nobody spoke English so they had to take the roof off three times and ordered to get it like it was supposed to be.. to continue from the last place the soffits are still leaking 40 ft of soffits leak there some of them are not even attached to anything you can push them up for the lack of no other words I got screwed if they need it more material or something different like a gutter guard or whatever all they had to do was ask and I would have gone to get it so this is the second time I've been screwed on the front porch I'm still not happy with it but I guess I'm settled with it no
Description of Work: I needed the old roof replaced they did that put it on take it off put it on take it off until they got it right they didn't pay attention to the 4-in overhang once again none of them spoke English they kept calling till it was finally done right. The lady Holly who was over it in my opinion very much dismissed me she would refer to me as hey girl hey honey I have a name my parents gave it to me it's Vivian or Miss Vivian she never did that until my opinion that's disrespectful I didn't do that to her there. There was some additional work that I was going to have done but not now and I would not recommend to anybody and my soffit that they replaced still leaked I don't know if they didn't put the metal back they also took my 12 to 14 ft gutter away and Holly's been promising that she would bring it back I haven't seen it and or heard from her I am totally totally unhappy with your company I was not treated right with the soffits leaking that means the porch is still getting wet and

They told me they would be there on Monday and they were, they told me it would take 1 to 2 days and it was less than two days. The roof looks great, I was very impressed how hard the crew worked. I have not one complaint. I would recommend this company very highly and I would use them again.

Especially notable was the additional work needed underneath the old roof, and the speed at which the crew did the extra labor and obtained more materials. I was grateful AvilaNelson roofing was able to fit in my job fast because I had leaks which were getting worse. They were very easy to work with, the crew was professional, and all debris removed when they were done.
