Chapman Landscape

They worked about a week digging up the old plants in the front yard that had probably been there since the late 1950s. They removed some old small trees on one side of the house and put in a rock pathway with pine mulch on each side of the pathway. They brought in some soil conditioner and put in the front of the house before planting the new shrubs, tree and plants. We love the coral bark maple as well as the other things. The plants are all guaranteed for one year. The workers did not smoke on our property which I appreciated.

We had contacted Chapman Landscape for some landscaping we wanted done in a house we had recently purchased. Jeff Chapman came out promptly and gave us quotes. He noticed that a gutter drain was laying on top of the ground due to a problem with the old drain that was underground. He told us he could cut the walk and install a new one for $500 so we said to go ahead and schedule that. We also discussed the front sidewalk that had bumped up at some point and needed to be replaced. Jeff suggested removing the old concrete walk, replacing it with new concrete and laying flagstone to blend in with the flagstone facade of the house. The sidewalk is four feet wide, so wider than most sidewalks, and the part that was repaired was about nine feet long. We are pleased with the work and will use them again to do the landscaping as soon as possible. They do not have any website and Jeff does not use email so texting and phone calls are the only way of reaching him. He gave references before we hired him. We drove by the houses to look at the landscaping he had done and then talked with each home owner later. Each reference said they plan to use Chapman Landscaping for more work on their present homes or on other properties that they own.
