We are a family owned and operated business serving West Tennessee. We have been in business since 2017. We offer Landscape services, Lighting, Concrete repair/New Concrete, Patios, Decks, Fencing, Pressure Washing, Drainage, Minor Foundation Repair, Grading, Excavation, Demolition, Flooring, Interior Renovations, Painting, Trim Carpentry and more. We have worked with high volume realtors who needed a one stop shop with good turn around time. We don’t do plumbing, electrical or roofing. No project is too big or small. It all went very well. Sean is an independent contractor and you have to be flexible on schedule and timing due to weather and other jobs. He responded quickly to my inquires and questions. I would highly recommend him. He was able to transform our yard within a realistic budget that we could afford.
Description of Work: We were in need of a complete rework of our yard due to the taking down of bad trees. Sean's knowledge was excellent and he proposed a plan that fit what we needed and could afford. He created two perennial flower beds, a wonderful area around an outdoor swing, and sodded and seeded the worst areas of our yard. Very well done! He also through one of his sub-contractor's tore up and poured a new concrete entrance to our driveway and part of our sidewalk that had been badly damaged by the root system of a large tree we had removed. Our fence was in poor shape and he power washed and repaired it without having to put in a whole new fence. The fence looks like new and you cannot tell difference between new replacement boards and old boards. Looks great!

Sean arrived on time. Checked with me at the beginning of the job and before he removed anything in the flowerbeds to make sure he was not takeing anything out I wanted to keep. He worked hard the whole time he was here and made sure any mess was cleaned up before he left.

Incredibly well done. He reviewed project. Realized he needed a longer arm for the pressure washer and left to get it. More work needed than what I had originally contracted. He explained and I agreed. Thorough job! And he cleaned up after the job. Suggested ways for me to keep mold under control.

we were well pleased with his work and good manners.
Description of Work: I hired SCF service from Angies list and was very pleased with his work. Shawn Kaiser is a very hard worker, he got the house cleaned and also cleaned off the roof which had a lot of pine needles matted on it. He also pressure washed the big deck that we needed cleaned , along with a couple of swings on the deck. He also hauled off a couple of big items that I needed to get rid of and donated them to a charity he works with.

SCF Services did fantastic! The work was extremely well done, extremely efficient and amazingly quick. I even had several window screens which had to be repaired because of tears in them. The screens were also replaced for a small additiional fee. My house is cleaner and looks like new. Thank you, SCF Services.
Description of Work: Pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutters needed to be cleaned for my one-story home that was full of green algae, dirt some mildew. In addition, I had some torn screens that needed repairing.

He did a faboulous job! After he did the pressure washing and my cleaned my windows I asked him if he knew anyone to do my flower beds and he stated that he could do that as well. I was extremely happy on how everything came out, my house looks new again!!! Will recommend to all my friends!
