Linda did a great job! Excellent communication before and during the job, including sending photos while working, and she went above and beyond to help out with some small items outside the scope of work such as bringing in a package for us. Would recommend and would hire again.

I have never been so disappointed with a company's customer service. I hired Linda twice before this. The first time she cleaned my house was immaculate. No stone was left unturned. The second time she cleaned it was just okay. Some things were over looked and didn't quite stand up to the cleaning from the first time. We decided to use this service again to clean our house before it was listed. We requested a deep cleaning. The girls were at our house for about five hours "cleaning". In reference to the "cleaning" several surfaces were not even touched. There were place son the floor where there was visible dust piles. They cleaned some, but definitely no where near the standard they had set for themselves during our first experience. That's not even the worst part. My boyfriend came home to our custom glass shower door propped against the wall. He sent me pictures while I was at work and I frantically called Linda to ask what on earth had happened to the door. Our house was being listed the very next day and I called her expecting a resolution. She insisted that sometimes customers doors come off when they are being cleaned you just pop them back on. I got off the phone and called my boyfriend who told me that the screws were hanging out of the door. Linda continued to call me five more times in the next hour not to make sure everything got worked out with the door, but because my credit card company had marked her change as fraudulent and declined it. I texted her saying I was at work and would have to call her back after i got off. I called her a little bit after I got off work - she answered the phone by saying "Thought you couldn't be on the phone at work" in a horribly rude tone. She continued to fuss at me not once even apologizing and insisted that my door was quote "cheap and faulty" and about mid way through the conversation I had to ask her to lower her voice so we could talk about this like adults. She continued to tell me how long her girls worked on my house and even called my house "a filthy mess". I had in fact hired cleaners because my house was dirty so I am not sure why she needed to inform me of this. I told her we were having someone come out and look at the door that afternoon and I would call her back once the damages had been assessed. I got home to look at the door and the screws were actually ripped out of the metal. It looks as if someone was sitting on the ground and used the door handle to yank theirself up. She then proceeded to text my boyfriend continuously saying he needed to pay for the cleaning until he finally sent her a picture of the invoice from the repair man who fixed the door. over $500 in damages. That was on Thursday (4 days ago) and she hasn't contacted us since then. This woman has no sense of customer service - she never once apologized for her girls damaging our door and never took any responsibility, but instead blamed it on us for purchasing a "faulty cheap door". The door was around $1000 and was professionally installed and had worked perfectly fine for 2 years. I know for a fact her girls broke the door and I think the way she treats people is horrible. I would not suggest doing business with this person.

We tried Linda when we were looking for a regular cleaner. She and Amy did a great job so we hired them for continued cleaning. They are very nice, efficient, speak English so we can communicate and are here when they say they will be here. They also work with us when we are expecting house guests and need a change in the schedule. Flexibility is important for us. We have been using them for quite awhile now and recommend them whenever someone is looking for house cleaning assistance.

Linda and Amy were EXCELLENT and did a great job the first time they cleaned (1/11/17), so we hired them on a regular basis. We had planned to have them in every other week, however, they said since there were only two of us and we did not make a mess we could have a monthly clean and save us some money that way! We appreciated their honesty. They are personable and friendly and work very hard, but very efficiently. They listened to what we needed and got to work. I am especially critical of the kitchen and they were meticulous in getting everything I mentioned. I am thrilled to have a team that is so good and speaks English so they understand me and help me get what I want. I would love to clean my own home, but I am disabled and unable to do much of anything now. They take pride in their work as if they were cleaning their own home. They are a pleasure to have in our home. We hope to have them continue for a long time, as they are so much better than any others we have had in the past. They even pointed out why we were unhappy with the look of our floors and are fixing them. Awesome! Thank you, Linda and Amy.

Linda & her gal, Amy did a great job. I was scheduled to have my house cleaned in November, however, Linda experienced an awful tragedy the day before, her home burned down. Obvisouly the house cleaning could wait, her & her families lives changed forever after loosing everything. Jan. 11 is when the cleaning took place & it was worth the wait! I hired Linda to clean my house on a regular basis, I like her & the job they did!

Super nice and punctual. Cleaned very well the things that were cleaned. They locked the house when they left. No worries.

This was a $199 big deal purchase. They were good. They came in and did the job and they were very friendly and asked questions. We had them do stuff including tearing apart the refrigerator. They were good and I don't think they did anything extra. There were, like, no issues.
