They came out and pressure washed the deck, but I never received the protective coating.

They were prompt in responding to my request for an estimate, and observant of additional areas that needed work. I appreciatedtheir spotting these additional needs. They worked fast when the work began -- there were 2-3 guys working on things. My main complaint was they left my deck furniture, including a large, very heavy grill, sitting on the lawn in the back yard for at least a couple of weeks before returning to replace it on the deck. But they were a very friendly, agreeable group and worked to please and to provide work of a commendable standard. I would call them again.

Mr. Dias blamed the paint for the poor job that he did on the painting. He said he did not like paint from Lowes, because it was cheap, he only liked paint from Sherman Williams. After the job was done, I noticed that the paint did not cover the previous wall color along the bottom of the walls. When I pointed this out to him, he said he put three coats on the walls and the paint did not cover the previous color along the bottom of the walls. However, the paint DID cover the upper part of the walls, why did it NOT cover the bottom edges? He skipped painting a lot of edges in the Laundry room. He got paint on the kitchen cabinets, along the edges of the cabinets and never cleaned it up. I have pictures. The Ceramic floor is buckling, it is uneven and the grout is popping out. He offered to do "patch work" on the ceramic floor to fix the parts that were buckling, uneven and had the grout popping out, however I did not want "patch work" flooring, I had the floor inspected by someone who installed ceramic flooring, with 30 years experience, and was informed that the floor was installed incorrectly, that was why it was buckling, uneven and the grout is popping out. I paid for a floor to be installed correctly and it was not installed correctly. I lost all respect for Mr. Dias and his crew when I had three diamond rings worth $6,500.00 and a pair of 22 carat gold ear rings from India worth $700.00 stolen from my home when his crew was working in my home. I would not recommend anyone to allow this man and his crew into their home if you have anything of value in your home.

It was hard to catch up w/them for scheduling. Then they forgot and didn't let me know they were not coming.

These guys are awesome. Down to earth and very customer service oriented. We had just bought a house and needed the work done before we moved in. They worked over the weekend, night, and holiday to get the job done in time for us. We will defenitly use them again in the future.

This was the the best service experience I have ever had. Everyone was polite, helpful, on time, efficient and obviously knew what needed to be done. I could not be at home during part of the project, but Michael and crew kept me informed.....even sent me text photos of the work in progress. They cleaned up after themselves, made friends with my dogs, and did a most professional job. I would definelty use them again.

They came in and did the job that they said they were going to do and they did it on time, they did a good job and they finished it in a timely manner.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was very good. They were very easy to work with and they were very concerned about it. They will be coming back to do more repair work on the deck because an area is falling down and they are going to come back and prop it up again. They didn't argue about anything and they made suggestions that were logical. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't want. They were very fine and we would go back to them again. The price was very reasonable. We didn't know where we could have gotten it any less expensive. The quality was great. We didn't have to wait very long for them to do it. They came when they said they would. We had no complaints about anything they did or said.

I was pleasantly pleased with the excellent service I received from this company. They treated me and my home with respect. Took the time to explain, in layman's terminology, what the process was and products using to maintain my deck. Mr. Mike Dias and the men that accompanied him on my project were knowledgeable beyond my expectations. They were professional, quick, on time, cleaned up after their work and gave me a fair price quote on sealing my fence, painting and fixing a wall in my guest bath, and painting my living room and kitchen, which I tried to freshen up myself with painting and realized I needed the help of a professional. They will be returning to my home to help me with those other projects. I will be using their landscaping service after my fence is sealed, to plant some fast growing trees on my back slope for some much needed shade. I would recommend this company to anyone, as they truly provide an honest and excellent service to their customers. Mike and his crew were punctual and always worked diligently to finish the job. I located Mike as a result of the Big Deal and had him give me an estimate for similar work. His pricing was honest and fair and easily beat another quote I had been given. Originally I planned to have him work on just the deck and the fence. However, after reviewing some of his previous work online I had him quote me on painting the downstairs living room. Again, his quote was fair and so we agreed on the work. The painting was done on time and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Mikes team even agreed to repaint a small area based upon the color not taking completely the first time (not a result of the work, just the color choice). He and his team were willing to do anything to make me happy and thus I would gladly use him again for another painting project. In addition the deck and fence turned out beautifully! As a bonus, Mike was able to save me considerably based upon the amount and cost of the stain he was able to get. I am also considering using Mike for another project which involves significant tile work. His portfolio of projects helped reassure me he would make a good choice in adding new tile floors and a backsplash as part of a kitchen upgrade. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.

Mr. Dias responded to a request for a quote to repair our pool deck, which need carpentry work on the lattice area and minor repairs to the actual deck area. He was on time for the initial appointment and we felt that the quote was fair, based on the carpentry needed with us providing the new lattice required. However, Mr. Dias also suggested the woodwork be power sprayed which we accepted. Mr. Dias and his assistant were on time on the day agreed to, they were both polite and the workmanship was professional. The work was completed according to the initial discussions and we then proceeded to discuss other future painting needs. We plan be engaging him again, and based of the work done for us we feel we can recommend Mr. Dias to others.

It went great. They are great guys. They even hauled away my old dish and rain guage.

The fence in our backyard was in dire need of painting/staining. We called Dias Pro and they gave us a very reasonable estimate. They started work 2 days later and in 2 days was done. Very professional work and tidy to say the least. We were very impressed and wanted to use them again for painting the two decks at the back of our house. They quoted us a reasonable price again (for painting both the upper side and under side of both decks). One of the decks is screened in. And hence they were very sensitive in not wanting to take down the screen but put small strips on the outside of the screen which can be painted - that gave the deck a very beautiful look. And as luck would have it - we have another painting job. This time on the inside. There was a drywall patch in the ceiling that was fixed recently but was not painted. Dias Pro gave me a quote for painting the whole ceiling (so it doesn't leave just a patch) and the one wall that was affected by the drywall patch job. The quote again was reasonable and they did the job in a timely and professional manner. Am very pleased and would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get painting/staining done.
