+ -1 moreGrant was the technician who did the job. He was excellent. Very professional, very efficient. Couldn't recommend higher.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of entire 2600 sq foot house, three bedrooms, living room, bath room, closets, for $125.00 total... outstanding job, very professional... just tested the carpets, all are totally dry, and he's only been finished for two hours... outstanding. the last one we contacted for this service was Stanley Steemer, and they used a bait and switch process on the cleaning. offered to clean living room, one bedroom and bath room for $249. That was after we saw their ad on tv, which advertised three rooms for $99. We were told that was a corporate rate, and all Stanley Steemer reps are independent, and not bound by those tv rates... (that's even though the tv add lists the local companies phone number in the same commercial...)

+ -1 moreLarry showed up exactly at the time we had agreed upon. He took a look at our bedroom carpet and explained what he was going to do. He then brought a long hose in that was attached to his truck. He took the time necessary to get the carpet clean. We were very satisfied with the results and the final cost. He also wrote back to us thanking us for letting him do the job, and told us if the stains came back he would come again and get them out for free. I could not be anymore satisfied. I would definitely use Burrells Carpet Cleaning again and would absolutely recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: Cleaned a carpet with blood stains from our dog.

+ -1 moreWe've had the same carpet in our house since 1995. Two kids and a dog later, we needed a real good carpet cleaning. I have rug doctored it in the past, but wanted the steam to really make sure it was clean. Clean it was. Our carpet looked like new!
