"Nice people, friendly. Fall 2018 Installed Chimney sealer after cleaning and removing loose materials. Chimney was 30 yrs old. Took pictures for me. I had Brandon back this Oct. 6, 2020 to sweep chimney, went well, cleaned smoke shelf, made no mess in house. I have used may Sweep companies in Knox County, I'll stick with Tenn. Chimney Care."

Your invoice will not be clearly itemized, the cost is OUTRAGEOUS, their claim of warranty work is not warrantied because they will not own their mistakes in order to correct anything. The owner is extremely defensive and is not reasonable at all. I have proof and documentation that supports all of this. I would HIGHLY suggest for you to look somewhere else!
