Laura is meticulous, works hard and is trustworthy in your home. I’m new to Nashville and I interviewed multiple cleaning services and Laura stood out. She filled out an application, agreed to a background check and met with me to discuss my needs prior to cleaning. I always look for someone that can be part of our family as I’ve had cleaning people in CA for over ten years. She is willing to work on special projects and to pick one special job a week outside of the normal cleaning to work on. I look for someone who manages the process and looks for areas to improve. I’m always grateful for people like Laura. If she has available hours, I would hire her immediately!

We clicked right away. She instinctively knew what I needed without voicing it. Friendly and very easy to communicate with. She did a fantastic job and I look forward to a regularly clean house! She loved my cats and had zero qualms about anything I asked about. Very efficient, she will be a part of our home from now on!

Great job! Laura responded almost immediately to my service request. She worked with me to meet my timeline and scope. Did a deep clean in preparation for a party and left the house looking great! She stayed in constant communication to verify timing, product requirements, etc. Had a happy co-worker and they had a plan to effectively get the job done. Very professional, good cleanup and delivered what she promised. Will definitely work with Laura in the future!

Laura is an incredibly efficient and thorough house cleaner, and I love that she is environmentally conscious and uses organic cleaning supplies whenever possible. She cleans like a team of people, working quickly and diligently to get things exactly the way you want them, paying attention to detail. Highly recommend!
