Description of Work: Mr. Patterson and his partner were very prompt, courteous and helpful. Their work was completed in a timely manner. He repaired my gutters and replaced three vent pipe boots.

PATTERSON WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND WHEN HE FOUND THEIR WAS A LEAK IN MY ELDERLY MOTHER'S CEILING, HE TEMPORARILY COVERED THE AREA ON THE DAY OF ESTIMATE AND DROVE TO ANOTHER CITY THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE ME SIGN CONTRACT TO EXPEDITE THE WORK FOR MY MOTHER . I APPRECIATED THE CONCERN FOR MY MOTHER. REPAIR HAS NOT YET HAD TEST OF RAIN BUT LOOKS ENTIRELY SATISFACTORY AT THIS POINT WITH HIS REASSURANCE TO RETURN IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM UPDATE 5-20-2013:ROOF HAS WITHSTOOD 4 HEAVY RAINS WITHOUT A LEAK. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THIS DIFFICULT REPAIR.
Description of Work: HAD LEAK AROUND BASE OF CHIMNEY AT FLASHING AND LEAKY STUCCO FROM AGE. THERE HAD BEEN 3 ATTEMPTS AT REPAIR WITH PATCH WORK FROM OTHER COMPANIES ;UNSUCCESSFUL REPAIRS. KEN PATTERSON WENT DEEPER INTO THE PROBLEM AREA AND REPAIRED ROTTEN AREAS,NEW FLASHING AND STUCCO.

+ 0 moreI asked the company to come back and fix a problem they were to repair, but they did not do it and did not refund any money.
Description of Work: Roofed house and hired to repair a wooden fence and post with light concrete, and also to repair and line up a gate lock latch. The latch still would not line up and lock (the fence was on a separate ticket). His fence repair was to prop it up with 2x4's and no light concrete. The gate lock latch still has not been repaired (no money was returned and the the repairs were not complete, and I called him several times).

+ -1 moreThis was by far the worst decision I've made in a long time. 1) The most horrible part of this is that one of his workers (his son) stole our debit card out of my husbands wallet that was laying on a table in our house and also stole several pieces of heirloom jewelry from my jewelry box. He has been positively identified on several surveillance videos selling the jewelry and using our debit card, and we are pressing charges. 2) They walked off the job, incomplete. The work they did the last day is ruined by the weather. We had not paid them the full amount but they were paid more than what was left. It will take me 4 times as much (as what was left on the contract) to complete the job with another company. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! 3) Our yard is littered with nails and cigarettes and we found OUR tools lying in the yard. 4) A condensing unit was pulled out from under our house and pulled to the side of the property as if someone was going to come back and get it at the end of the day. 4) We no longer have faith in people who do work for us and are so disappointed that Ken Patterson has not tried to make this right. Please contact me for more information as I am happy to provide police reports and other information to get him completely removed from this site, or at least my review posted so others may know about this situation.

+ 1 moreThey are very honest, reliable and very reasonable on their prices. They do really good work.
Description of Work: Well called them to fix a leak in our roof. They've put a roof on our garage and repaired a water heater. They are currently replacing the floor and carpet on our rental property. They can do about any type of construction work.
