Great job, they matched an existing floor and went out of their way to complete on a tight timeline.

Everything was great except for the fact that Mohawk had some sort of issues with their computers which caused my shipment to be delayed 1 week. The inconvenience was that County Flooring Direct had already ripped out my existing floor. Yikes! CFD knew for about a week that Mohawk was having these issues and shipments were being held behind, but CFD didn't relay this info to me until the morning of my scheduled installation. I was a bit irritated to say the least; mainly because my home was hazardous and I have a pet whom if which I had to board due to this. CFD was very apologetic for not letting me know the issues, and kept in constant contact with me during the delay. CFD has not, however, reimbursed me for my time and frustrstion - I had to alter other remodeling due to this issue. Extremely a bad situation. I had to reschedule with other contractors and due to the booming housing market in Nashville, I have to wait approximately 7 - 10 days to begin the next phases. CFD are very nice people and the installers, Henry and Armando, were absolutely awesome! We'll see how the final pricing ends up. Update 7/30/17 Well I have not received the reimbursed compensation from that CFD agreed to, just yet. I actually had to call and remind CFD about the reimbursement. Also, CFD didn't supply the installers with enough room dividers so I have two dividers that do not match. I called CFD twice, leaving voice mails about this before I was able to reach them; and sent pictures. CFD said that "they will check on getting the correct matching dividers". I'm a little frustrated with this answer because I paid to have the correct flooring done. To this date there had been ono follow up to any of this. In fact, the project manager has not even come out to inspect the finished project. The installers were awesome though!

The owners, Steve and Kevin, were great to deal with. Very nice guys. My floor looks great!!

My issue is not with the quality of the carpet installation. One of the workers, literally, ripped a 5 shelf bookcase in half. It is just a particle board case, but rather than take it out of the room whole, he tore the top 2 shelves off by ripping the pegs through the sides. When I pointed out that it was broken he said "oh, okay" They also dumped the contents of a drawer under my bed all over the floor by sitting it on it's side, twice. When I pointed out that items were falling out, he said "I know". Everything was still on the floor when they left. My call to the office about the issue also received an unsatisfactory response. "Where would you even buy a bookcase like that?" followed by a half-hearted apology. When a rep called to follow-up and I explained the situation, I was told that Steve would call me and address the issue. Nope. No call and no real concern that there was an issue. I wouldn't recommend them.

They were trustful and very helpful and the owner came by to check on the workers and made sure that they put all of my furnishers back in place. A GREAT!!!

Completed job on time.

Owners Keith and Steve were both great. Their crew were prompt and very careful moving my furniture. We did have an warranty issue shortly after completion. I called Steve and a crew was sent out to correct the floor without issue. NOTE: This was a manufacturing issue NOT a workmanship issue. We plan to hire Country flooring to do our stairs and landing area within the next few months.

Kevin and Steve were great. Henry the installer was very good. Would recommend you cover your furniture because it does get dusty.

Fast courteous service

I arranged appointment to discuss possible install of hardwood in living room and hall. I was impressed immediately when Steve showed up for appointment 10 minutes early, yay Steve. Upon discussing needs with Steve and his commitment to assure work would be done to satisfaction, we made agreement to do the job. These guys ROCK , Kevin called to arrange installation time and Pablo and crew showed up, WOW what a fantastic guy. He had his crew moving on project immediately. You can't go wrong with this company, great people, great work, great price, and we greatly appreciate the work they have done. Thank you Country Flooring Direct.

These guys are the best! Steve and Kevin were awesome and really listened to me and what I wanted! Pablo-the one man superstar- did an amazing job. My bottom floor looks beautiful and I couldn't be more thankful and grateful.
