+ -1 moreTodd was very careful to keep everything very clean - no debris left at the end of each day. 6 day project. He clearly stated work to be done each day and planned for next day. He completed all the work in time frame allotted. Very contentious and kept work area clean and tidy. Very productive each day.
Description of Work: Tear out and clean up then replace skirting on mobile home. Also put down vapor barrier under trailer. Built access door and replaced entry door (side) to garage. Dug 20 ft trench drain to direct water away from home.

+ 1 moreTodd's crew was always on time, early start in morning, had supplies needed for the day, well organized - men were polite, took the lunch, worked until 5 pm - longer if needed. Cleaned up work area at end of each day, floor swept, garbage removed. Very pleased with Todd Alma Construction, and with work.
Description of Work: Remodeled older mobile home (1986) - replaced floors and sub-floors. Replaced with hardwood and laminate flooring - drywall - all rooms, textured ceiling and walls, trim, windows. Replaced and redesigned bathroom new shower installed. New toilet and vanity, installed new lights and new wiring. French drain tile around home.

+ -1 moreTodd and crew were on time. Let me give input and executed my ideas when possible and cost effective. His crew were very respectful, cleaned up debris and hauled off everyday. Always listened to my ideas on what I wanted done as the scope of the work.
Description of Work: We had space above our 3 car garage, which we wanted converted to living space. Todd turned it into space with a full bath, efficiency kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Also added shutters of my design to the windows of our house and did a gable design and installed it where requested.
