A Clear Choice Window Cleaning

I found Caleb while dining at a restaurant east of Knoxville. My thought was, if this place uses him, he must be reliable. I asked about his services and if he would do a Knoxville home. He replied yes, he provided me his business card. I called the next day. Caleb told me he would come out and give me an estimate which he did show up promptly. He walked around the house and told me he would email me a price quote, which he did promptly as well. The quote involved single visits and bi-annual visits and tri-annual visit pricing. Quoted inside and outside, essentially, I was able to put together a preferred package deal. I selected a package and made an appointment for Friday. Caleb called me on Wednesday and asked if Thursday could work for me and I was delighted that he could come sooner. "They" showed up on-time and fully prepared. They, Caleb and his wife Alice, are the team that showed up, on-time and we chatted a few minutes and they went to work. My home has close-to, floor to ceiling glass on every part of the house. It would take me a whole day or more to do all these windows, not to mention the skill and speed with which they work, I could never do, after all, they are specialists that have ran the business for 20 years. They completed the task and I paid by check. I then discussed other possible cleaning projects such as cleaning the exterior of the house of the usual spiders and webs, pollen, grime and such. We are working to get that appointment set up for the near future. There is nothing to advise on except that this small business, The Clear Choice, is professional, prompt and you get a quote prior to work. It's cut-n-dry and they show up and on-time! I am happy with the results and will continue to use their services.
